Free Date Changes

Gundua Africa Adventures allows you to make 10 free date changes, as long as the change is made at least 14 days before the start of the tour.
Transfer as credit to Future Tours

Gundua Africa Adventures allows you to transfer existing payments to a future tour to avoid cancellation fees if you can't travel and inform Gundua Africa Adventures, 47 days before departure.
Low Deposit

Gundua Africa Adventures requires a minimum deposit of 20% or the full booking value, whichever is less, with the final balance not due until 47 days before departure.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your tour, tourhub doesn't charge a cancellation fee, here is a summary of Gundua Africa Adventures charges.

Up to 47 days before tour starts:	Forfeit 100% of deposit
At 46 days before tour starts:	Forfeit 40% of tour cost
At 34 days before tour starts:	Forfeit 75% of tour cost
At 14 days before tour starts:	Forfeit 100% of tour cost
